Transit Oriented Development
ADK&A has worked on a variety of TOD projects for both public and private sector clients. ADK&A services have included site assessment of land use for development potential, the development and structuring of ground leases, evaluation of debt provision strategies, and the development and preparation of pro forma documents. ADK&A clients have included the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority, the Gold Line Authority, the Bay Area Rapid Transit, and the City of Santa Monica.
In addition, Allan Kotin has participated in ULI TOD-focused workshops and has lectured on the economics of TOD for the American Planning Association.
